In 1977, at the age of 17, I accepted that Christ died on the cross for my sins, and He came into my life. At the age of 21, I decided to dedicate my life all over to Him, and live for him. That didn't last long, as I was not pleasing him, but myself, in the things of the world. I turned to smoking to help me deal with life's little problems. Instead of turning them over to God, I tried to deal with them on my own. At the age of 41, I decided I needed Christ back into my life, and my cousin's husband told me about this course. I thought it would be hard to rid myself of smoking and, at first, it was. But I have learned to ask God to handle the problems for me. By crying out to him and asking him to help me through them, he has truly blest me in that area of my life among others. PRAISE GOD I AM FREE.
