I am praising GOD that HE set me free and brought me to this ministry.
When I took The Way of Purity course the DOH course was not even in existence yet. Even though I had homosexual experience's when I was in high school (30 years ago) and I had viewed homosexual porn I was not seeking to act out with anyone nor was there a desire in me to do so. I was completely overcome with lust and I could not stop.
Through Setting Captives Free, God taught me what I must do to remain free and while I was taking the course God set me free. Since that time I have been tempted but along with the temptation, GOD has made a way for me to escape. GOD has brought me back to reality and the teachings I learned in the SCF course each time I have been tempted. Since I have mentored DOH students, many of the things I missed by not having take the course to begin with have been reinforced in my life, so that I am free of the homosexual feelings I had in my teens.
