The Lord's Table II Testimony: Jennifer

Overall the fast went really well. I only had two headaches the entire time and I am one who has suffered from migraines weekly since I was a child. That in itself was amazing. I had good energy and slept great at night. I did have days where I experienced hunger but it was not extreme or scary. I also got a little bored with the juice. I really don't want to stop but my husband is not comfortable with me extending the fast. I plan to do it again. A benefit was also 20.5 lbs. weight loss. I feel stronger and now realize that I can overcome temptations.
