I think that the biggest benefit to me, where the times of not eating when others were. I have never been able to say no to food that others were eating. It was a great feeling to know that being hungry isn't the end of the world. That God was there to get me through. The biggest challenge were the two days of 12 to 14 hours in the car. That was hard.
