I had a very good fasting experience. I stayed hungry the entire time, which made things difficult. It was has hard to sleep at night with a burning, hungry belly. But when I did sleep, it was very peaceful. I learned how to rebuke Satan with Gods word and I know I will be using this tool a lot in my walk. I lost 10 pounds.
