I am so transformed thru this fast. I know that I will enjoy doing it again and again. I feel so much closer to the lord and am content to feast on him daily. This was a new experience for me. I didn't think I could do it, but now know that I can truly do all things through Christ. I have come to a closer walk with the lord and see food in so much a different light now. I am truly aware of how important my time with him is, as well as how I need to come to him in the morning, before the enemy has a foothold on my day, and make sure my armor is fully intact for the day. I lost 8 pounds.
