I have benefited from this study. This is an excellent course. There need to be no changes in it. Spiritually I have grown more in both Phase I and Phase II. I am spending more time in the word of God and have made him first over everything that I do now. It was a challenge to fast for such a long period of time, but now I know that Christ does abide in me as I continue in his word. I will continue to feast at the Lords Table as long as there is breath in my body. The challenges were overwhelming at first, but the food that I have so long for I don't need any more. I lost 8 pounds.
