I absolutely did benefit from this program. I think God has used this time with Him to show me where He wants, and to trust Him more completely. I am amazed at how God totally removed to desire to eat from my mind. I definitely had times were Satan tried to talk me out of the fast. Where one bite of this or that wouldn't hurt. But God just kept me faithful, and it has blessed my heart so much. I lost 16 pounds.
