When I began this course I had just gone through an emotional breakdown and my problem was emotional eating and I decided that I could not do it alone all i know it that God told me that HE SENT HIS WORD AND HEALED ME many years ago...and to be honest the I did not want people to see "the minister" not believing what she teaches I did not want to bring shame to His name and i needed personal help and my source of comfort was always food and I did not want to turn to food again. I began to cry out to God for help I was online with biblegateway and looking up exercise and God allow me to see this site and it was what I needed. these lesson spoke to my very being which caused change in my eating and in my spiritual life and I am free.
