Lord's Table Testimony:

I had come to the point in my life where I could not handle the hold that food had on me! It was controlling my every thought! From time to time I would share with my husband my concerns and I finally told him that it was a sickness and I needed help. I wasn't terribly overweight, but losing a few pounds would be nice. Soon after telling my husband that I needed help he told me that he had heard about a program "Setting Captives Free" by doing a search on the Internet. I knew it was God coming to save me!!!! And He did.

In the past, I had never wanted to turn my eating over to Him, but this course showed me that I was sinning against my God whom I love so much! And I didn't want to do that any more! He loves me so much and wants to help me in all areas of my life! I finally was able to accept His help. God has given me control in my eating and has shown me how to love and seek Him in everything.
