New Wine Testimony: Jason

I would like to share my testimony. My name is Jason, and I had an ongoing problem with drugs and alcohol. It didn't start off that way, but after many years it took control of my life. It was the most important thing in my life, that, and partying. Many times I prayed to God (A LOT OF TIMES WAS BECAUSE I WAS COMING DOWN AND BEEN UP FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS ON MY WEEKEND COKE BINGES) BUT I JUST KEPT ON. Then I read about Brian Welch, how he found God and quit his multimillion dollar band to become a Christian. After seeing his testimony, I knew the feeling he had. I had a glimpse of it once when I wanted to become a Christian. I CRIED AND PRAYED that God would help me and he did. I HAVENT HAD A DRINK OR ANY DRUGS FOR 3 MONTHS. I know it'll be this way forever too. Once you get the grace of God thru Jesus, the Holy Spirit, it'll change your life forever. No one thought I could stop, and I didn't think so either, but God made it possible. I am at peace with myself. I'm happy and see all the good in the world. I have a chance at a new life, and have put the old me in the ground forever. I BELIEVE IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE FROM ADDICTIONS.
