Way of Purity Testimony:

I was engaged in self-gratification for about 15 years. When I came to Christ, I was taught that Christians didn't sin but my sinful habit continued. A couple of years later, I was totally broken and helpless, fighting and failing all alone and I decided to commit suicude. God was merciful and I survived. Then He sent a Christian brother my way who struggled with the same sin. We talked and prayed, and that was my first step to real freedom in Christ. Very slowly I started coming up, failing and struggling through. This summer I ran into Setting Captives Free and understood that it's what I needed to leave that sinful habit completely. I failed after I completed 40 days, but then I tried again. Today is my 59th day and I'm free. Now I do realize that it's a serious business. My hearts desire is to please my Lord with my life.
