Setting Captives Free

Dear Mike,

Greetings from Londonderry in the name of Christ.

I have put together the full range of documents that should assist "Setting Captives Free" decision regarding the proposed partnership with Christ Is All Media (CIAM). I would of course be glad to amend any of the terms that are not fundamental to CIAM, so please feel free to make comments or suggestions.

The financial minimum commitment from "Setting Captives Free" of $1500 for a fully operational office and web presence in the UK, we think, and hope you concur, is reasonable. Although we do not deny we would be tremendously helped with our preferred $5000 figure. All that said, we want to make the way to join CIAM as appealing as possible, since God loves cheerful givers. So do not feel in any way awkward if the minimum fee of $1500 is all that can be afforded. I should add that all ministries will be given the same financial terms (either the $5000 or the minimum $1500) with the exception of DGM USA who is funding CIAM over the next 4 years with a grant of $128,000.

Personally, I cherish the opportunity to serve "Setting Captives Free" and especially so since the books and audio resources "Setting Captives Free" has assembled, bring together a wealth of theologically rich and heart stirring materials. So I see the prospect to further your ministry as an amazing providence of God.

Our targets are ambitious and we hope to push the partner ministries resources within Europe pro actively. The CIAM portal website has begun its development stage and God willing; we should have the sample site within 2-3 weeks. We are committed to a realistic timeline of 6-8 weeks from initial agreement and payment of fee to providing the live website and associated administrative requirements for each ministry. We are working on the basis that each partner ministry will be added to CIAM in rotation, related to dated acceptance of our contract. This means that as each ministry joins CIAM the window of time we have to work with is pushed further in to the future

We shall strive by God's grace to be transparent in all our dealing with each ministry and will treat all as equals. Our accounts and all aspects of our ministry will be openly available to each ministry, including staff salaries etc and abbreviated yearly accounts published on our CIAM web portal. It is our goal and prayer that Christ-like qualities will drench CIAM.

I do hope that God will knit our hearts together and in doing so CIAM and "Setting Captives Free" begin a fruitful partnership for Christ's great name and renown in Europe and beyond. If you need any more information be do not hesitate to contact me.
